Tom Loois (1986, Tilburg)

A designer who, after graduating from Design Academy Eindhoven in 2011, has been involved in a broad range of projects. Common denominator within these projects is the pursuit of social connection and understanding, and the rethinking of conventions and ingrained patterns. His aim is to contribute to a world in which there is more room for vulnerability, wonder and intimacy.

Loois has been involved in multiple and various projects for (amongst others) the VPRO, Dutch Railways (NS), Municipality of Utrecht, RAUM, MU, Dutch Design Foundation and Waterschap de Dommel.

Loois is a frequent speaker at industry-related events and teaches irregularly at Design Acaemy Eindhoven.
