MOOI STUK! Ode aan de reparatie
What do you do when your coffee machine is leaking, your wooden chair is broken, or your phone screen has cracked? Do you repair it?

The exhibition MOOI STUK! Ode aan de reparatie is a traveling exhibition around the art of repairing.

Five fixed household objects, exhibited as gallery pieces, show off their rejuvenated selves. The accompanied audio fragments offer an intimate peek in the repairing process, alternated with revealing and funny anecdotes on memorable reparations and reflections on sustainability.

Tom Loois and researcher/curator Joanna van der Zanden developed MOOI STUK! to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Repair Café. The exhibition is currently on tour through public libraries and universities within the Netherlands, from Amsterdam to Sittard and from Delft to Joure. For inquiries, please feel free to contact.
